On the one hand we ourselves benefit from our ISO certifications because of a continuously improved internal corporate structure; on the other hand our customers rely on these quality labels.

COMSOFT has been one of the first companies in Germany that became active in this field. Already in 1991 the management identified the need for an ISO 9001 certification which finally resulted in the certification according to this quality label in 1993. Since then we have been continuously audited and re-certified without interruption.

It was a prospective decision to enhance the certification by the ISO 14001 standard in 2009, not only because the environmental awarenesss is a question of modern spirit but also because COMSOFT could thus define sustainability in terms of ressource handling as an important business goal.

We have again proven our predecessor role when being certified for the first time according to ISO/IEC 20000-1 in April 2011. Already years ago it was realized that the service sector is to be given a higher priority and must be reinforced while further developing service-related qualifications. Hence it seemed natural to obtain the ISO/ IEC 20000-1certification in conformance to the de-facto-standard ITIL as further evidence and better awareness of our activities to the outside world.
