RAPS Enters South America DECEA of Brazil has received a RAPS-3 system and cranks up sales of new COMSOFT product line in Latin America. RIO DE JANEIRO/BRAZIL, March 2009 – PAME, a subordinate unit of the department of airspace control (DECEA) of the Brazilian Air Force, has received and taken into service their first RAPS-3 system. After a profound operators' training in Rio de Janeiro in which PAME's representatives were made familiar with the powerful capability and utility of this versatile product, the organization promptly enquired about further systems. RAPS-3 is a unique toolset for the testing, analysis, validation as well as simulation of any kind of surveillance data. Furthermore is it recognized as the benchmark tool for surveillance data analysis, not least because of its unique qualification by EUROCONTROL. With unmatched reliability the system allows its users to analyse and locate problems applying a specific and sophisticated concept. Troubleshooting and integration assistance for new components in the surveillance environment is thus a popular field of its application. RAPS-3 can be individually customized to its user's needs, both with regard to the scope of hardware as well as the required functionality. |
